Maybelline Great Lash Mascara was a good product, back in its day but mascara has improved since then.
This product alone is good..but it does dry out and it does get clumpy. The brush is good and creates volume on the lash however i feel Maybelline should and could do away with this product now because the Colossal has come along, which i feel is the new and improved version of this product.
Im going to rate this Mascara down now because i feel there is a better one out there by the products own brand infact and that shows up the faults in this mascara hence i dont buy it no more.

I bought this product because it seemed to be very popular and a reasonable price.But it's not for me i find it very clumpy and it always smudges under my eyes throughout the day.I would catch sight of myself in a mirror and think crikey! why hasn't anyone told ne i have dark smudges.
Definately not buy again.

With this mascara, only one coating is needed for lovely dark lashes. It's great for every day wear and perfect for those with quite fine or short eyelashes as the colour is fairly dark and noticable. Because only one application is usually needed for the statement lsash effect, it's relatively good for everyday wear and the prices aren't going to break the bank. As far as my experiences go, the mascara lasts all day and doesn't flake or smudge off.

However, clumping is sometimes an issue and the mascara can sometimes give a more visually striking effect that may be too much for some. But the price isn't too bad for something of this quality. Fully recommended!

I brought this for the first time about 5 years ago, and really loved it, as I used to waterproof version and it actually worked, and it did make my lashes look longer. However, since I have tried to the newer versions of mascara that Maybelline have brought out I actually prefer their newer Colossal Effect Mascara, which provides a more dramatic finish.

For me, the Great Lash Mascara is good for every day, as it provides longer lashes without looking over-the-top, and is really quite subtle. If you prefer a more 'statment' look then this is probably not the one for you, but for an everyday, effective look you couldn't got far wrong with this product.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST EVERYDAY MASCARA!

i HAVE QUITE short blonde lashes and this mascara them look longer thicker, fuller,and obviously loads darker definately my favorite.

I would deffinately reccomend this mascara (at the price how could you not afford to try)
