I recently bought this in the shade Plum Night and I'm very happy with it.

The bottle looks very stylish, it's a nice shape to hold. I found the brush a little tricky to hold because the lid is just a round cylinder, so it's quite slippery, but I liked the actual brush.

The consistency is quite thin, it goes on really easily but unless you're very skilled it goes on quite streaky. I found I needed two coats to get rid of the streaks, which made the colour completely opaque. It was still a gorgeous colour, but I would like to able to wear just one coat and for it to look good!

It lasted really well, even without a base coat. Very hard wearing and durable. Definitely a plus point if you don't want to be doing your nails every other day.

Might buy again when on offer, not at full price though.

I bought this recently because i'ce always heard a praise about Revlon. This was a dissapointment! For all the money you pay ( around £6-7) i could buy a much nicer one or perhaps two from either the Barry M or Rimmel range for half the price!!! (almost). But not all is bad...

It came in a very large bottle with a genous amount of nail polish inside (14.7 ml) and it does look quiet nice from the outside! This is what i thought:

Pros:
- The bottle is quiet nice, although the lid feels like it's made out of cheap plastic!
- It doesn't shows any brush strokes which is good. It seems to blend in with the rest of the colour when applying.
- It doesn't take a long time to dry.
- It doesn't crack either. I've noticed, when i was deliberatly trying to chip it off to see how strong it was, it didn't crack between my fingers. Instead it was actually very soft and just peeled off in small parts.
- The colours are gorgeous after you've tried ur best applying it as precisely as possible.
- The names of colours/numbers are written on the top (on the lid) so you can see (or roughly identify) which colours are which without having to store them sideways or anything.
- AFter application, the colour is very rich/pigmented with a very nice gloss which i quiet liked.

Cons:
- It doesn't come in a huge variety of colours, but does have huge variety of tones/shades!
- I found the brush 'normal'. but because the lid is so long i found it really hard to keep my hand steady
- after giving it two coats (as mentioned on the bottle) i still wasnt happy. When i pointed my nail towards the light, i could see parts of the lighting comming through which emphasised how inevenly the colour was distributed on my nail!
- I found the consistency very thin! i didn't like this at all! It took me atleast 2-3 coats to get it to the right colour, yet if applied unevenly you can see light penetrating through!
- I don't think it's worth the price i paid.

Overall, i was very dissapointed. I thought it would be amazing or extremely good quality but it wasn't. I won't see my self buying this agian because i think it's too costly to what you get for what you pay. I'm not sure if the other shades, especially the glittery ones will be like this, although they do look very attractive.

I will not be purchasing this agian.

This is a really good easy to use nail varnish. It is thick enough to go on nicely and doesn't look streaky after the second coat. It also stays on for quite a long time and doesn't chip too easily.


The bottle size is good and pleasant to look at, looks quite chic I think. The product is good overall too. It's one of the best nail polishes I've used. It has only lost a star because I've used Nails Inc nail polish which is pricier but noticeably better!

I would recommend this as a reasonably priced decent polish.

I've been buying Revlon nail varnishes for years. Although I do buy others - for the colours - Revlon always seem to be the best. They don't quite have the range of more modern colours but otherwise they are great.

It has a large bottle - which makes up for the price - and a good quality brush. It goes on smoothly and has a rich colour, which lasts for days.

The only slight downside is that they tend to thicken over time once opened, but I just add a few drops of thinner and they are like new again!

Highly recommended.

This is a little expensive amongst most nail varnishes but you are getting value for money with the large size bottle and the quality of the varnish. It comes in a wide range of colours which give good coverage with 2 coats and long lasting results. Dries within 10-15 minutes.
