This product comes in a modern but simple see through bottle so you see the colour of the product inside.The intensity of the gold isn't the colour you get though,just a light shimmer coating.

The bottle has a good shaped brush that gives even coverage with one coat.This should be used regularly to see improvement but it really does strengthen nails as well as giving a great appearence with the shimmer.

This product dries quickly so is easy to apply as part of a fast beauty routine.The product is easy to remove and doesn't leave any residue or dry out the nails.

I work part time in a supermarket, resulting in me having dry hands and nails. My nails often split at work from the dryness.
My mum came home from work with this one day. I saw the colour of the product first and wasnt too keen on trying it, thinking it was an actual gold nail varnish. However, after seeing it on my mum, i decided to give it a try.
It looks like any regular clear nail varnish with a bit of gold shimmer, it goes on nicely and drys very quickly. One thing that shocked me about this product is that it actually seems to strengthen your nails, I religiously wore this for about 2 weeks and didnt put it on after I took the last coat off. My nails wernt splitting at work for two weeks after I took the product off, im sure it would have lasted longer if I hadnt remembered to put it back on.
As for the helping to hide ridges, it doesnt. I have used this on my toenails and fingernails. I have constant ridges in my toenails, it doesnt appear to do anything for it, I can still see the ridges.
Overall, I would definatley reccomend this product to all. It gives a lovely slightly shimmery finish and does seem to build up the strength of your nails. I do believe it is on offer at Avon at the moment, so pick it up!
