This is one of the best face softeners around i.e. exfoliator.

It is strange the first time you use it as it's sort of a dry putty that breaks up - it doesn't look incredibly attractive as it's a grey colour with bits of lavender in it.

It used to be in a block and you broke a bit off to use but now it's in a pot and you have to knock bits off into the palm of your hand.

You dampen your face first (best used in the morning on clean fresh skin), then with a sort of heaped teaspoon amount of Angels in your palm, add a little water and mix to a paste rubbing between your hands - I find that if you try to apply to damp face before doing this it just falls off into the sink !
So mix into a paste and rub into your face as you would soap, avoiding the sensitive areas around your eyes. It does smell a little strange but you get used to it. Sort of lavenderish smelling.
If you add a little more water as you are doing this you feel the finer granules exfoliating more and the results are better.
It sounds complicated but you soon get the hang of it and do it very quickly.

I use it a couple of times a week as it is quite messy - but the results are still amazing !! Your skin will feel so totally soft and silky and fresh clean - you won't want to clog it up with foundation after !!

It is a permanent fixture in my bathroom cabinet, I wouldn't be without it - it is surely a little miracle, yet again, from Lush.

I pot lasts me ages and ages, so I try and split one with a friend to make it cheaper.

I have very sensitive skin on my face and have NO problems whatsoever with this product. Highly recommended.
